Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Van Der Riet Inc. ("we", "us"), the seller and operator of FarmFix AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

FarmFix AI is software for farmers and agricultural mechanics: equipment records, repair history, photo uploads, fault-code lookup and an AI troubleshooting assistant that answers from authorized manuals.

Your account

• You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the business you sign up for.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
• upload manuals or content you do not have the right to share, or otherwise infringe intellectual property;
• interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping or bypassing limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service;
• try to make the AI produce illegal, hateful or harmful content, or attempt to "jailbreak" it.

AI answers and your responsibility

AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are guidance, not a substitute for a qualified technician or the manufacturer's official instructions. You are responsible for what you ask, for checking answers against the cited manual, and for working safely. You must have the rights to any content you upload. We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringing content to us and we will act on valid reports; repeat infringers lose access.

Intellectual property

Van Der Riet Inc. owns the Service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of your content and give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep FarmFix AI available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or downtime. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can stop using the Service at any time. After your account ends we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
