Van Der Riet Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on FarmFix AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — a Quick Fix job, or a Workshop or Fleet & Dealer subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or contact us through the FarmFix AI app and we will help.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. A refund request within 30 days of a charge covers that charge in full.
